Demola Dawodu and Associates is a partnership currently run by Ms. Laide Dawodu-Amao (Managing Partner) , Mr. Jemil Dawodu (Associate partner) and Mr. Dayo Showunmi (Partner).
The professional functions of the company include Advisory & Transactions services, property valuation for various purposes, Property Development Appraisal; Project Management, Facilities Management of various types of properties i.e. commercial, Residential and Industrial as well as sales, purchases and lettings of property.

Demola Dawodu and Associates (DDA), a firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, Property Consultants, and Chartered Surveyors was founded in December 1999 by former founding partner of Shote Dawodu & Company – Alhaji W.A. Dawodu, FRICS, FNIVS, ARVA
He worked with Kent County Council, England between 1964 and 1966 and with Lagos Executive Development Board the fore runner of the present Lagos State Development and Property Corporation (L.S.D.P.C) where he was involved with the valuation of properties for the Second (2nd) Mainland Bridge Acquisition, pre – development studies of Iganmu Industrial Estate, Falomo Shopping Centre and Adeniran Ogunsanya Shopping Centre and various residential developments.
